Quality management

Quality in its holistic sense is essential for us and the success of our customers. We have therefore set targets that at least meet the requirements of our customers and often go beyond them. But our aim is also to satisfy the needs and wishes of our employees, thereby motivating them. The achievement of these targets is consistently tracked using a transparent system of key performance indicators.

Testing technology

To ensure verifiable and economical production, we use the most modern testing technology in our production processes and in the measuring room. This also includes our own laboratory for material analyses, hardness tests, and residual dirt analyses in accordance with VDA19 or customer standards.



As part of our corporate duty of care and with regard to the quality assurance of our products, the protection of our employees and the environment, we operate an integrated management system based at least on the requirements of quality standards ISO9001:2015, IATF16949 and ISO14001:2015. CAQ system

For many years now, we have been using an effective CAQ system to detect potential errors as early as in the planning and project development stage. We rely on direct data acquisition through production-wide networking in the various manufacturing and testing areas. This enables us to effectively monitor and document compliance with the required specifications.
