CNC turning and milling technology

Due to a modern machine train consisting of about 40 automatic CNC lathes and cutters we are able to solve almost any problem occurring with cutting procedures efficiently. We produce in batch sizes from one single part to annual amounts of approx. 100000 pieces depending on the requirements of the work piece. We are able to work with all marketable materials which also includes the turning of hard parts, treatment of plastics and special alloys with difficult machining properties.

We can also carry out subsequent works such as surface grinding, tipless circular grinding vibratory grinding and blasting.

Subsequent upgrading as grinding, thermal treatment and surface coatings can be offered in addition by reliable external partners we have been cooperating with for years.
