Precision sawing technology

As a complement to our cutting methods „adiabatic cutting“ and „abrasive cutting“, we also offer sawing technology.

We can also carry out subsequent treatments such as vibratory grinding, blasting and 100% controls.

Subsequent upgrading such as thermal treatment and surface coating can be offered in addition carried out by reliable external partners we have cooperated with for years.

Data

  • Processing of cross sections from 20 to 1200mm² (corresponds approx. Ø5 to 40) as profile section, tubing or round bars
  • Processing of general-purpose constructional steel to high-alloy and stainless steels
  • Cutting lengths from 5 to 600 mm
  • Length variations to ±0,02 are possible
  • Cuts almost without burr with a very good surface due to the use of full cutting metal saw blades
