Cutting and grinding in one single operation

We have continuously developed the process of “abrasive cutting” during more than 30 years of experience. Thanks to a multitude of tools available in our company, we are able to work out appropriate solutions according to specific requirements.

We can also carry out subsequent treatments such as vibratory grinding, blasting and 100% controls.

Subsequent upgrading such as thermal treatment and surface coatings can be offered in addition by reliable externals partner we have been cooperating with for years.

  • Processing of cross-sections from 1 to 300mm² (corresponds approx. Ø 1 to 20) as profile section, tubing or round bars
  • Cutting lengths from 1 to 600mm
  • Length variations up to ±0,02 possible
  • Surface grinded on cut edge (see picture above)
  • Abrasive cutting of round or profile section bars which have been already hardened or have difficult machining properties
  • Cuts almost without burr possible (for tubes or long parts)
  • Low material loss due to widths of cut from 0.3 to 0.8 mm
  • Economic processing due to multiple cutting
  • Annual amounts from 10 000 to 30 million pieces possible
